● Uniform sizing and item handout day Monday July 7th at Starz.

● Practices start Monday July 7th

● Practice days are Mondays and Thursdays in the evening (6pm-8pm,exact time varies depending on team)

● NCA home stunt camp July 27th @ MHS

● Youth night August 29th

● Games start September 6th and end in October

● Girls will cheer at the entire game and will have a halftime performance

○ $225 due at time of registration

○ $165 due August 1st

○ 12 Item Fundraiser Selling Obligation or $180 Buyout

Fees include 2 practice shirts for you to keep, bow for

you to keep, new set of poms for you to keep, uniform

rental, camp fee, music licensing, registration,

insurance etc.

Coaches volunteer their time for football season.

Varsity Football Youth Night

August 29, 2025 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Muskego High School InPro Field

New members are responsible for buying their personal items through the Burghardt link which will open at a later date (will be

posted on band). These items are used for multiple years.

Items:

○ Crop top (under uniform)

○ Spandex (under uniform)

○ Warm up

○ Bag

○ * Red shorts*

○ * White cheer shoes*

○ * White no show socks*

* Indicates that you can purchase on your own through any retailer, but will also be available on Burghardt link for convenience.

● Items will be handed out end of June/early July.

Gameday and Competition-

If you do not have a back handspring, tumbling will be required. Preferred if athletes continue with this to gain more advanced skills, but not required.

Competition- Strongly preferred for all members, required for those who do not have a back handspring

Sign up by July 1st - classes will run in conjunction with the season.

MYF classes at Elite are scheduled for Tuesdays, but they also have open gyms.

Different membership options- I believe they give discount to MYF athletes.

Cheerleading is a team sport, therefore it is crucial that everyone attends practices and games.

Excused absences are pre-planned family trips, illnesses, unforeseeable events etc. These need to be communicated withthe coaches before July 1st in order for it to be counted as excused.

An unexcused absence will result in your cheerleader not participating in half time the following game.

This includes but is not limited to.. other sport games/practices, birthday parties, packer parties, not having a ride (carpool?) etc.

Not participating in half time does not mean you get to skip the game, you will still come to practice and the game to cheer and support your team, but will not participate in the performance.

Cheerleaders will arrive on time to each practice in the designated practice attire.

Two instances of not having the correct outfit on will count as an unexcused absence and removal from the halftime performance. Practice attire will be posted on the band using the “event” feature once determined. Outfits repeat each week.

It is expected that cheerleaders will be picked up on time, no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled end time.

Cheerleaders will come to practice and games with a positive attitude, willingness to try new things, and work with new people.

During practice and games, all phones and personal items will be put away and water bottles will move with the girls. Nothing should be left behind for the coaches to clean up.

**Leaving a mess at games or practice results in extra conditioning.

We work closely with the high school coaches throughout our season. In order to grow a successful program, attendance, attitude, and other observations of coaches is shared with the high school coaching team and is taken into account during their tryouts

Kate, the owner of Starz, communicates through email.

This includes payment information, and other logistics.

All practices, games, and other events will be posted in the calendar.

Attire and location for each event will be in the notes in the calendar.

If practices are moved or cancelled due to weather, we will communicate that through the band no later than 1 hour before the practice.

Videos of sideline cheers will be posted in band by early June at the latest, girls will be expected to review and be familiar with most of them. We will review the first few weeks of practice, but know that this is something to work on prior to the start of practice.

We will post pictures, videos, announcements via Band. Some posts may require you to interact, “like”, to acknowledge that it was seen.
